Kuba Jewgieniew

Kuba Jewgieniew is the CEO And Founder of Realty ONE Group, one of the fastest growing franchisors in the industry.

The product of Polish-born parents who raised him to be curious, driven and passionate, Kuba wasn’t satisfied with a lucrative career as a financial planner and portfolio manager or as a successful real estate agent, closing $30 million in sales in his first year. So, he started Realty ONE Group in 2005 with a 100%-commission model and an emphasis on innovation, disruption and fun. He’s won numerous awards and has been recognized for his innovative thinking and leadership. And, with a dynamic leadership team and leagues of committed followers, Realty ONE Group plans to open offices around the world, bettering communities and lives everywhere, leaving a legacy for generations.

Peter Beauchemin

Peter Beauchemin is a franchise owner and managing broker at Realty ONE Group Next Level.

For over 18 years, Peter has earned an elite reputation in the New Hampshire real estate market, particularly in Greater Manchester where he consistently ranked among the top 1% of all agents. He has conducted over 1,000 real estate transactions and prides himself in a client-first approach which has earned him endless repeat and referral business. Beauchemin has received numerous sales awards, and has been featured in New Hampshire Business Magazine, New Hampshire Magazine, and on WMUR’s New Hampshire Chronicle, where he’s recognized as a leading local real estate expert.

In his career, Peter has acted as an agent, mentor, manager and owner. For five consecutive years from 2012-2017, he co-managed the number one real estate team in New Hampshire. In 2017, he co-founded Beauchemin & Associates, which soon became one of Southern New Hampshire’s fastest growing real estate firms. Due to some key talent acquisitions and their already sparkling reputation on the southern NH real estate scene, the firm was able to surpass 100 million dollars in sales and over 400 deals 2019. Due to their growth, they were able to expand their footprint, establishing two additional offices in Portsmouth and Concord.

In 2020, Peter and his partner decided to take the firm to the next level, teaming up with Realty One Group, America’s fastest growing real estate franchise brand. Realty ONE Group appeals to Beauchemin because of its national brand recognition, one of a kind “COOLture”, non-traditional tech and marketing resources, and its industry disrupting compensation plan for agents—specifically their 100% commission structure. By leveraging Realty ONE Group’s model to attract, incentivize and retain talented agents, Peter was able to open a Nashua, NH branch and overall doubled the agent count for the firm in 2021.

Rebecca Beauchemin

Rebecca Beauchemin is an owner and principal broker at Realty ONE Group Next Level, a potent and well-respected agency in Southern New Hampshire, and a franchisee of Realty ONE Group.

For more than 18 years, Rebecca Beauchemin has enjoyed a successful career as an agent, broker, owner, coach and mentor in the Southern NH real estate market. Aside from being a highly accomplished agent in the traditional housing market, she brings a unique knowledge as one of the top specialists in distressed property sales in the region. She is widely regarded as one of the region’s most knowledgeable and competent authorities on the convoluted REO disposition process.

Overall, Rebecca’s clients respect her for her professionalism, marketing skills as a seller’s agent, and efficiency throughout transactions.

After co-managing the number one real estate team in NH from 2012-2017, she and her husband and business partner Peter Beauchemin founded Beauchemin & Associates, which became one of the fastest growing agencies in New Hampshire within a few short years. One of Rebecca’s key motivations to establishing Beauchemin & Associates was her passion for training and developing more talented agents. Through a combination of her industry knowledge and access to market tools, she has been instrumental in building Beauchemin & Associates into one of the more widely respected and professional agencies in the Greater Manchester area.

In 2020, Rebecca and her partner decided to pivot once again and rebrand their business with Realty ONE Group, America’s fastest growing real estate franchiser. One of Rebecca’s primary goals for the firm is expansion, both in terms of talent, geography, and service contribution. Currently, the agency has four offices (Bedford, Portsmouth, Concord, Nashua). With Realty One Group’s superior technology, marketing tools, one of a kind “COOLture” and aggressive 100% commission plan, she hopes to see the firm grow to hundreds of agents, and several new offices in the coming years.
